It’s that time again… Cocktails & Deals!
It’s our first episode of 2019 and tonight we’re going to be focusing on several different topics.
To kick things off, we’re going to go around the (kitchen) island and quickly review 2018. Once we conclude our brief recap, we’ll dive into Potrero.
Let’s start from the VERY beginning…
What is Potrero? Potrero is the street name of one of our active flips.
It’s in its early stages and we’ve decided to follow along with the project as our main topic for the next several Cocktails & Deals.
Why does this matter? Well, it might not matter to everybody, but if you’re interested in learning more about Real Estate Investing (aka “Flipping”), this is a great opportunity to see what goes into taking a project from start to Finish.
As of today, the project has already been demoed and framed.
