“What’s Happening at NorCal Homes”
It has been a busy couple of months for the NorCal family. Since June, we have acquired FOUR new properties! We are excited to be able to say that we are strengthening our foothold in Sacramento’s “East Sac” neighborhood, with three of our four projects located in the area. The fourth project, is located in the Land Park neighborhood. This is our first Land Park project as NorCal Homes, and we can’t wait to get started. On top of all of the exciting projects in the pipeline, we are only one week away from the official start of our newest team member! Kevan Litz will be joining the team as the head of acquisitions and outreach. Check back in at the beginning of August for Kevan’s official introduction.

940 4th Avenue (Land Park) – Addition project. Increasing to approximately 1900 SQFT, 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom
632 35th Street (East Sac) – Addition project. Increasing to approximately 2900 SQFT, 4 Bedroom/3.5 Bathroom
716 36th Street (East Sac) – Addition project. Increasing to approximately 2900 SQFT, 4 Bedroom/3.5 Bathroom
